Size Guide
Welcome to our Size Guide page! We created this page to help you select the best collar size for your pet. All of our collars are made-to-order, therefore, all sales are considered final. Please do not "guestimate" your pets head/neck size!
To ensure you are measuring accurately, make sure you are using a soft measuring tape only! (do not use a hard measuring tape) For your pets safety, never force a slip-on collar over your pets head if its too snug. See below for more details.

Instructions
- Measure the widest part of your pet's head and neck, snugly, with a soft, flexible measuring tape.
The widest part of your pet’s head is typically in front of their ears, in the middle of the head and around their jaws and chin. Do not pull the measuring tape tight that the fur burrows out or add fingers (extra space) between the tape measurer and fur.
- If your pet has larger neck than head, select the larger measurement of the two to ensure a comfortable and safe fit.
This should be where you would expect collars to lie, generally in the upper/middle section, just above their shoulders (not too low at the base).
IMPORTANT REMINDER!
* Please select the head or neck measurement as measured. We will accommodate for the size of the beads and attachments on our end
* Do not measure using a hard measuring tape. (pro tip: If you cannot obtain a soft measuring tape, take a string or shoe lace and mimic this exercise using that tool. Mark the length, and lay the string flat on a surface, up against a hard measuring tape.)

How to measure
- Make sure your pet is sitting straight up for an accurate measurement
- Take your soft-flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your pet's head (see image)
- Be sure to mark down your pet's head/neck measurements as you go (you want to measure a few times to ensure you're getting the accurate size)
If your pet's neck measurement is larger/wider than their head, select the largest of the two for a comfortable/safe fit
